One page content brief

  1. Goal: What should this page help the reader understand or do?

  2. Audience: Who is searching, and what situation are they in?

  3. Primary query: What is the clearest search phrase for this need?

  4. Search intent: Are they learning, comparing, finding a place, or ready to act?

  5. Unique angle: What first hand experience, data, examples, or process can you contribute?

  6. Must answer questions: List the five to ten questions the page cannot ignore.

  7. Outline: Write descriptive section headings in a logical decision making order.

  8. Proof: Identify reviews, examples, expert input, screenshots, photos, or sources to include.

  9. Internal links: Choose helpful pages to link to and pages that should link here.

  10. Conversion: Define the single next action and how the page earns that action.

  11. Quality checks: Accuracy, clarity, originality, accessibility, tone, and date reviewed.
